Have your AI agent check on an order or repair

Find out whether an order has arrived or a repair is ready, and get the next step without making the call yourself.

An online status can leave a simple question unanswered: is it ready for pickup today? Give your agent the business’s number and the reference it needs, then ask Tuvoz to call for a current update.

Define the answer you need

Share the name on the order, an order or repair reference, and the item. Avoid putting payment information, passwords or one-time codes into the brief. Tell your agent whether it may give a callback number or email address if the business asks.

Call Pine Street Auto at (415) 555-0144, using its website number. Ask whether Jane Doe’s car under repair reference R-142 is ready to collect today. Confirm the pickup hours and whether there is any work still waiting for my approval. Don’t authorize extra work or agree to charges.

The business and number above are fictional. Review the plan with your actual details and say yes before it calls. Your agent checks prior agreement for calls to Canadian businesses.

Ask for a concrete next step

If the item is not ready, ask what is outstanding, when the business expects an update, and whether you need to do anything. Ask the agent to distinguish a firm pickup time from an estimate.

A new repair recommendation can be reported without approving it. The voice agent asks your agent about gaps in the brief; a decision that changes the cost or scope comes back to you.

Read the result before making the trip

The report should say ready or not ready, the local pickup hours, what to bring if the business specified it, and any outstanding action. If the business could not locate the order or required you to identify yourself, keep that limitation in the result.
