What you're never charged for
- Unanswered, busy, failed and canceled calls
- Calls that end during the opener or the recording question
- Calls where the person says no to recording
- Voicemail, unless a message was left because you asked for one
- Calls that fail on our side, or that Tuvoz ends because its own AI broke a rule

Share your link from the dashboard. When someone you refer makes their first top-up and it clears (7 days with no refund or dispute), you both get $3 of call credit. Up to 20 referrals a year.

Pricing questions
- What counts as a billed call?
- An answered call, unless it ends during the opener or the recording question. Time on hold and in phone menus counts, including a call that ends in a phone menu before reaching a person. Billed per second with a 30-second minimum for each answered call leg, including calls Tuvoz makes to your own phone. Calls that are unanswered, busy or fail to connect, calls that end during the opener or the recording question, and calls where the person says no to recording cost nothing. Voicemail costs only when a message was left, and only if you asked for one.
- Do free minutes expire?
- Not today. If we add an expiry date later, we'll tell you in advance, before it applies to any minutes you have. You get 15 free minutes once, after you verify your phone. Free plan includes training on your calls. If the monthly free budget runs out, free minutes are paused for new sign-ups until next month, and you can still top up.
- Can I get a refund?
- Your paid balance is refunded to your card when you close your account. Free minutes and referral credit are not refundable.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. You top up $5, $10, $20, $50 when you need to, and calls draw from your balance. Your balance can't go above $250.
